TotalBiblio™ offers:
- An on-line and / or accommodation Integrated Management System library. We recommend Koha or Evergreen ILS, but also support other open source software. This allows you to have an online catalog and also monitor the circulation of library materials.
- Import bibliographic records from OCLC or Amicus, the Library of Congress or other library catalogues and bibliographic utilities as needed for copy cataloguing.
- The services of a professional librarian who will learn your collection, available full-time to part-time, depending on your needs. The librarian is available for service with cataloguing, circulation, staff training, special projects and reference questions.
- A personalized computer support adapted to your needs: support of the ILS and its operation, processing and import of external data, etc. Periodic catalogue backups supplied to you on disk.
- Services offered in Ottawa, Gatineau and Montreal with future expansion across Canada.
TotalBiblio™ offers a service contract for a block of on-site visits and off-site automation that can be adjusted to suit your budget. The contract is for one year and can be renewed annually. We communicate mostly by email and guarantee a turnaround time of 24 hours to respond to your reference questions, new acquisitions or other queries during library opening hours. Our offer includes barcoding, serials maintenance, portal design, patron database management and all services offered in a modern library or information centre.
